ZISC donates to Lubengele mini-hospital in Chililabombwe

The Zambia State Insurance Company (ZISC) Chililabombwe Branch has donated bedsheets to Lubengele Mini-Hospital as part of the Jubilee celebrations.

ZISC has also painted the Out Patient Department (OPD) plus cleaning the surrounding area and the OPD itself.

ZISC Chililabombwe Superintendent Gilbert Kalenga said that the donation was a way of recognizing the role the Hospital plays in the community catering for half of the population in Chililabombwe.

“We are celebrating the golden Jubilee of ZISC as a brand that had been part of the lives of Zambian people for the last 50 years hence the donation,” he said.

He said the past five decades the company has faced various transformation from infancy through monopoly Nationalization and open economy and had reached maturity phase to face competition.

Mr Kalenge said the company has played a pioneer role in the development of the insurance and pensions industry both in product as well as skills set in invaluable.

And Lubengele Clinic Sister-in -Charge Judith Mushili said the gesture will go a long way for the patient to be in a conducive environment.
