Zamtel has today relaunched the all popular Cheza 4Eva package that will now allow its customers to enjoy affordable All Network calling and data packs.
Cheza4Eva minutes are now available for ALL-NETWORK calls making it possible for Zamtel customers with Cheza4Eva minutes to make both on-net and off-net calls under this exciting offer.
With all the Cheza4Eva voice packages now having ALL-NETWORK calling minutes, customers can now enjoy non-stop calling at any time of day plus data allocations of up to 22GB with a validity period of up to one month.
Announcing the new offer, Zamtel Acting Chief Commercial Officer Keith Banda said Cheza 4Eva is in line with the company’s One Zambia, One Nation, One Network campaign which encourages the spirit of togetherness among Zambians.
Mr Banda said through the revamped Cheza4Eva, Zamtel customers will now be able to call other networks at more affordable rates which helps unite families and increase connectivity.
“In line with the campaign theme of One Zambia, One Nation, One Network, we are encouraging families and friends to stay connected using the Zamtel network by calling other networks more affordably. We have also added exciting data packs on Cheza4Eva offers to further encourage digital connectivity,” Mr Banda added.
He said as a customer-centric organization, Zamtel will continue rolling out packages that respond to the needs of the customer by delivering more personalized offers such as Cheza4Eva.
“With this revamped offer, we are helping our subscribers to plan and accommodate their usage that fits into their lifestyles and budget and this is particularly good for businesses especially the SMEs,” he said.
Cheza4Eva offers are accessible on the short code *422# under option 2.
