Youth Activist Rudolf Mwanza says Zambians will not allow less than 9 million people to make decisions hence the Electro Commissioner of Zambia have no choice but extend the voter registration exercise.
Mr Mwanza said ECZ should extend the voter registration exercise to avoid Voter Apathy in the 2021 General Election.
He also said the department of National Registration must also up their game and ensure that all eligible voters who have no NRCs are issued with them on time.
Mr Mwanza said Mr Patrick Nshindano and Justice Essau Chulu should allow Zambians to exercise their democratic rights, if less than 9 million voters are captured by December 12, 2020.
