Zambia promotes Bilateral cooperation- Brazilian media

A Brazilian media organization has named the Zambian mission in Brasilia a demonstrable leading light that promotes bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Brazil’s Quality Television Director Helio Henrique Silva presented the spotlight outstanding recognition award last night to Zambia’s Ambassador to Brazil, Alfreda Mwamba.

The Spotlight outstanding media award ceremony is an annual event that sees the recognition of stakeholders who actively participates in national affairs.

Speaking after receiving the Award, Dr Mwamba said her role to market Zambia as attractive investment destination at multiple Fora, will always remain key.

She told the gathering that witnessed the award-giving ceremony in the ambient Brazilian capital that Zambia is open for business and is in a hurry to receive Brazilian investors who can grow the vital agricultural sector.

Ambassador Mwamba said Zambia enjoys fantastic weather that makes it a suitable destination for genuine investors.

Meanwhile, Ambassador Kansembe-Mwamba has called on the Brazilian government and its population of 210 million people with a GDP of $500 trillion to remain supportive of African economies.
