The Zambia Police Service has launched a revised medical report form which will improve the quality of evidence collected in criminal cases.
Inspector General of Police GRAPHEL MUSAMBA says the form has been enhanced to enable Health Practitioners conduct comprehensive medical examinations and collect evidence for potential use during investigations and Prosecution.
Mr. MUSAMBA says the form is an important template for capturing forensic medical evidence in criminal cases including Gender Based Violence.

other crimes.
In a speech read on his behalf by Ministry of Home Affairs and Internal Security Permanent Secretary DICKSON MATEMBO, Mr. MWIIMBU said the revised medical form will provide proper documentation of medical evidence.
