Zambia Police Service has joined other institutions onto the Government Service Bus and Payment Gateway System.
The online platform which is under the hospice of Smart Zambia allows members of the public as well as the business community to access government services in a more convenient manner.
The Police has come on board with three products that can be accessed online namely Interpol Motor Vehicle Clearance, Fingerprints and Firearm certificates.
Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet who is also the National Coordinator for SMART Zambia, Dr Martine Mtonga officially launched the system to the Zambia Police Service at a function held at Police Training College in Lilayi today.
