Youths urged to be patient

The PND Copperbelt Provincial youth leadership has urged the youths in the country to be patient with the Government as it implements its policies to better the lives of the people.

UPND Copperbelt Provincial Youth chairperson Daniel Kamenga said Government’s decision to suspend operations at the dumpsites is not negative but aimed at bringing sanity in the sector.

Mr Kamenga said this during a press briefing held alongside his fellow provincial chairs from 10 provinces.

And UPND Central Province Youth Chairperson Milner Mwanakampwe said it is important that people give President Hichilema time to deal with the numerous challenges the country is facing.

Speaking at the same briefing, UPND North western youth Provincial Chairperson Bruce Kanema said despite the UPND championing freedom of expression and speech, it should be done within the law.

And UPND Eastern Provincial Youth Chairperson Lyson Nyirenda has castigated former NDC Leader Chishimba for his recent remarks during his visit to the Eastern Province. ZANIS
