President Edgar Lungu has fired Minister of General Education David Mabumba for fondling with his private parts in the video which has gone viral on social media.
Looking at Mr Mabumba he is a pure political saint as compared to other rather brutal and vulgar politicians. Who thought Hon Mabumba would indulge in such pornographic activities?
