We should emulate KK’S legacy to develop the country- HH

United Party for National Development (UPND) President Hakainde Hichilema says that Zambians should emulate Kenneth Kaunda’s legacy on the need to develop the country.

Mr Hichilema said that Zambians should look forward to have a Country where it opens opportunities for all.

“Dr Kaunda was a great man, he sent us to school when we were young Children and he opened up great opportunities to all the people in the country, “ he said.

He said Dr Kaunda was a true leader who treated people equitably without segregating anyone.

Mr Hichilema said that the iconic man lead this country in the best interest of the people hence his legacy should be emulated by all people.

And People’s Alliance for change President Andyford Banda remembers Dr Kaunda as a leader who his sacrifices for this country in Liberating the people of Zambia.

Mr Banda said that Dr Kaunda’s legacy reminds him to think about other people and care for one another.

“ it has been quiet challenging but an interesting journey for our great leader Dr Kaunda, he started politics when he was young and became president, that shows that we should get into politics when we are young, or when we feel we are capable,” he said.

He said Dr kenneth Kaunda is an inspiration to many for his immense contributions to the country and Africa at Large.
