He said the ring leader May Weather later told the victim to pick up his feaces and forced him to eat it up, which he did.

He told the court that the victim was naked at the time and appeared dirty and had a swollen left arm.

The juvenile informed the court that it was at that time that they decided to proceed to town.

When asked how he joined the group, the minor narrated that he was enticed by his friend identified as Junior who he used to play football with , not knowing that he was being taken to the house where the Tokota used to stay.

He said during the three months he stayed at the house, the boys were told to take medications for psychiatric patients that used to make them act crazy.

Mr Muchenleka said while in Changa Changa a young man came out and called his friends to get into the vehicle.

It was at this point that, Mr Muchenleka saw another man been pushed into the car.

“While I was driving I noticed through the side mirror that the young man was not free. I was at point that the boys started listening to a song “walitwishiba ifwe” done by 408. I was told to go to Mindolo North in an area which was hilly,” he said.

Another state witness Brenda Mutaluka of Chimwemwe Township told the court that on the material day, she was in Mindolo North at the pit having prayers with two of her friends when they saw a young man approaching them.

Ms Mutaluka said the young man looked frightened and restless at the time and asked her for a phone to call his father.

She narrated that she called the father to the boy who later asked her to assist him with transport money to get home.

And Detective Inspector Mukololo Mangelele testified that while on duty on April 30, 2018, a report of assault was made by Cuthbert Nkonde of Mulenga compound who reported that he was abducted by a group known as the Tokota boys who were using a Noah bus.

Detective Mangelele narrated that the complainant further reported that he can identify one of the persons who beat him as Limbikani Phiri residing in Mulenga compound.
