Political Analyst Daniel Phiri has advised electorate not to vote for red or green, but to Vote for leaders who have brought change.
Mr Phiri said people should vote for competence and focused leadership who will develop the nation.
He said they is need to safeguard developmental programmes that are underway.
Mr Phiri said the next five years should also focus on other areas that need more good roads hospitals and schools.
He said people’s voters cards can be used to protect the future of their children.
Mr Phiri has advised people not to trade voter’s card with a bottle of beer on the expense of your great future.
He has also urged people to safeguard they voters card as the days to the elections are near.
