UPND Nchanga Constituency Member of Parliament elect Derricky Chiludika joins the rest of the country in congratulating Zambia’s 7th Republican President elect His Excellency Hakainde Hichilema and Mrs Mutale Nalumango for emerging victorious in the August polls.
