UPND Chingola district officials celebrate 2 years in power by cleaning hospitals

United Party for National Development Chingola District officials and Party Members today cleaned Nchanga North Hospital and Chawama Clinic as part of the two years celebrations in power.

The occasion which was been spare headed by the District Leadership was done in both the two constituencies.

And Speaking at Nchanga North Hospital during the momentous occasion Nchanga Member of Parliament Derrricky Chilundika expressed gratitude towards the new dawn government and they policies which have been implemented so far.

Mr Chuilundika said the government is committed to bettering the lives of Zambians at all levels that is why this week was dedicated to meeting the people in communities and appreciate what they are going through.

He said It was an honor to clean the hospital to ensure that people are living in a conducive environment as health cannot be compromised.

The MP pledged support to the hospital as he believes in an open door policy and he will continue robing for the need at the hospital so that it becomes a teaching hospital.

“So far we have rehabilitated ward five, upgraded the mortuary unit, put pavers and put up a police post at the hospital and we are buying a new ambulance so that they will be no challenges. We will do more just knock on our doors,” he said.

He said the president is encouraging hard work and the part presence at the hospital and dedicating your time shows how you want to support the works of the president.

And UPND Chingola District Chairperson Scrivener Bwalya said that he was happy about the cleaning program as a party, because it ignites the spirit of love and unity.

Mr Bwalya said getting down to the community helping the sick and vulnerable to help them is what the new dawn stands for.

 

He has commended the two MPs and the Mayor for the implementation of CDF which is a game changer in the lives of the people.

Mr Bwalya said the district has received a lot of construction project under CDF.

And Chingola Mayor Johnson Kang’ombe thanked the Leadership of President Hakainde Hichileme
Mr Kang’ombe said the vision of the president for the country has motivated him to work hard and turn Chingola into a city by 2030.

He said CDF increment is a milestone for all Zambians as everyone is benefiting in one way or the other.
