United Party for National Development (UPND) National Youth Chairman Gilbert Liswaniso has paid tribute to the youths of North Western Province for turning up in numbers to vote for President Hakahinde Hichilema, and giving the party a one hundred percent vote.
He said that the party was grateful to the people of North Western for voting the UPND in the August 12, 2021 polls.
Mr Liswaniso said that that the Government will do everything to support the youths and make them shift from the mindset of handouts benefits to much bigger benefits through cooperatives.
The UPND National Youth Chairman encouraged the youths to form companies and create cooperatives to enable them get empowerment.
