Clifford Dimba popularly known as General Kanene has been arrested for repeatedly touching a woman’s breast against her will in a bar.
General Kanene, a popular Zambian singer is always in the media for wrong reasons.
He was recently released from prison on presidential parole after he was jailed for another sexual offence.
Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo has confirmed the arrested Dimba 32, of Misisi compound.
Ms Katomgo said that it is alleged that Dimba had repeatedly touched the breasts 26-year-old woman against her will at a bar in Makeni Villa.

She said Dimba was arrested for indecently assaulting the woman of Kanyama Township.
She said the incident happened October 16, 2018 around 21:00 hours.
“The suspect was arrested yesterday and is detained in Police custody,” she said.
