His Worship the Mayor of Solwezi Mr Remmy Kalepa yesterday officially opened the United Bank For Africa (UBA) Branch in Solwezi with a call for financial inclusion among all individuals and businesses in the district to have access to useful and affordable financial services that meet their needs.
Mr Kalepa commended the UBA Board and Management for considering Solwezi in the bank’s pursuit to provide sound financial services which will highly benefit businesses and individuals in Solwezi.
Notable at the launch was UBA Zambia Board Member Mr Mike Mwemba, UBA Zambia Chief Executive Officer Mr Chinedu Obeta, Bank or Zambia Assistant Director Mr Musapenda Phiri, North Western Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Kayula Lombanya and the Solwezi business community, among others.
