Twikatane youth group donates masks to Chililabombwe community

Twikatane youth group of Chililabombwe has joined hands in the fight against COVID-19 (Corona) by donating masks in the district.

The group yesterday went round donating home made face masks to Bus Drivers, Passengers and anyone in the district who is in need of a mask.

Twikatane group Chairperson Matthews Mwape said that this was to support the directive of masking up to prevent Covid.

Mr Mwape who is also the Director of Kencart General Contractors and Suppliers Limited said that the group went around and saw that some people were lacking masks hence the donation.

He said that consented effort is needed in the fight against the virus and every donation in preventing the virus is vital.

Mr Mwape said that it is not the value of money spent but the key thing is saving human life.

He said in this fight all weapons that are necessary to fight this virus should be put forth starting with following the measures that are put in place by the Government.

Twikatane Youth Group is a group of local contractors based in Chililabombwe compromised of Francis Kalumba Business man, Michael Shibule site manager accutrak contractors, Joe Banda area Manager accutrak contractor and Simon Tembo St fashions the one behind the face masks.
