Sekela ward Councilor in Nchanga constituency Richard Kabwe says that the time has come for him to work on the promises he made during the campaign period.
Mr Kabwe said that he will work together with the people of Sekela ward to ensure that meaningful development is attained in the ward.
“We have sworn in as Councilors and that means that work has started in our respective wards and deliver on campaign promises,” he said.
Mr Kabwe said that he work so hard to ensure that the ward receives clean water from Mulonga water company, as this as has been a for long time.
He has also promised to work on the issue of garbage collection in the area and to find designated place for waste disposal.
Mr Kabwe commended the residents of Sekela ward for according him a chance to work with them as their Councillor.
He urged the people of Sekela ward and the nation at large to uphold the motto of One Zambia One nation in order to achieve development in the district and the nation as a whole.
