A concerned Chingola resident says he is saddened by the increased number of cases of stolen Zesco cables by unknown criminals in Chingola.
Reverend Clifford Chisha said that thieves are taking advantage of the current Load Management.
He has urged Zesco to find more ways and means of engaging the Community as the people stealing may be known to them.
Rev Chisha said Zesco should double their efforts in sensitizing the community.
He said there is need for consented effort from all stakeholders to curb Zesco installation vandalism.
The community members, Zesco and Zambia Police should closely work together.
