There was sperm presence in the vagina of the minor that was sexually defiled by Victor Phiri popularly known as C4, a Police witness has said.
Martha Phiri a Police Officer at Chiwempala Police Station told the Chingola Magistrate Mr Kalutwa Chiluba this morning July 7, that there was presence of sperm in the vagina of the minor suspected to have been sexually defied by C4.
Ms Phiri had escorted the minor to Chawama Clinic where the minor was examined and the medics found presence of sperm in the vagina.
This is in a case in which C4 is facing two counts of sexual defilement. He is also facing murder charges.
Magistrate Mr Chiluba adjourned the matter July 17 for continuation of trial.
C4 who is represented is remanded at Chingola Correctional Facility.
