The space Pub and Grill robbed

By ALICE NACHILEMBE
Thieves have stolen items worth K81, 000 at the Space Pub & Grill along Kasompe road in Chingola on the Copperbelt.

The thieves, who entered the building after breaking the backdoor in the early hours of today, tied the security guard who was on duty.

The Space pub and Grill director Andy Mpundu told the independent observer crew who visited the scene that the items stolen are two  smart Televisions 55″,65″, two Gensets petrol and diesel all yellow in colour, hybrid amplifier, a mixer, crossover and an air gun.

Mr Mpundu said some stolen items were kept in a place only employees have access to.

“Surprising the thieves seems to have come prepared because they just took targeted items and the air gun was kept in a place where only the employees have access to.

The matter has been reported to the police for investigation and no any arrest has been made so far.

He has since appealed to members of the public to report anyone with the said items to the police. Or contact him direct on 0967181819 and a reward.
