Vedanta application to stay KCM liquidation rejected

By JOHN SAKALA Lusaka High Court Judge Anessie Banda-Bobo has dismissed Vedanta Resources Holdings Limited’s application to stay the winding-up proceedings against Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) and refer parties to arbitration.
