By ALICE NACHILEMBE

This is in the matter where Kabaso Mulenga of house number 50 Kitwe Road is facing one count of unlawful wounding contrary to the laws of Zambia.

The state applied for an adjournment when the matter came up for trial, saying the state was not ready because no witness was before court.

Particulars of the offence are that on May, 19 this year Spax unlawfully assaulted Emmanuel Mwiinga 22, of SNDP thereby occasioning him to bodily harm.

Chingola Resident Magistrate Peggy Banda adjourned the case to July 4, for commencement of trial.
