Solwezi Mayor Remmy Kalepa says the Council has received a total sum of 635,000 Kwacha from the 25.7 Million Kwacha for 2022 secondary school bursaries and skills Development.
Mr Kalepa said that the community members should acquaint themselves with the Ward Development committee in their Ward’s to benefit from the CDF.
He said that this is the first time in the history of Zambia to have school going children get bursaries under CDF.
“We are very excited as the municipality to receive the 635,000 Kwacha for secondary School bursaries that will benefit our people,” he said.
