After too much drama surrounding the statue of Hybrid Chicken which initially Lusaka Mayor Miles Sampa had wanted to pull down, the decision has been reserved and the chicken has now been marinated with Paprika, Green and Black pepper coupled with orange juice to make it taste like a Zambian chicken.
It seems the initial marination of the chicken with white pepper and red hot chilli had spoiled the taste of Lusaka Mayor who is not used to Portuguese chicken, hence demanding for its upgrade to 4.2.1
The Zambian chicken above was unveiled yesterday.
