All peoples Congress party President Nasoni Msoni has urged former Ministers and current Ministers who overstayed in government after the dissolution of Parliament in 2016 to expeditiously settle their obligations to government.
Mr Msoni said it is a material fact as established and interpreted by the Concourt that it was illegal in the first place for former and current Ministers to remain in office.
He said the ministers continued to draw salaries to which they were not entitled to after the dissolution of Parliament.
Mr Msoni said it is time to bring this matter to its finality without any further consternation.
He has also cautioned politicians against failing to respect the constitution in their desperate selfish pursuit for their self-preservation and this shouldn’t be done at the expense of the Zambian
