Sean Tembo dumps ZCID after seeing ugly side of it

By JOHN SAKALA
Patriots for Economic Progress (PeP) President Sean Tembo has signed from the Board of Governors of the Zambia Centre for Inter-Party Dialogue (ZCID).

This comes barely a fortnight after he was advised by members on The Independent Observer (TIO) Politics WhatsApp that ZCID is a monster used by sitting Government to subdue other political parties.

He resisted appearing intelligent and showing that he knew what he was doing.

Members such as Cheelo Katambo and Chipoka Mulenga advised that Mr Tembo that he can’t use the ZCID to for his political mileage, instead it will use him for its agenda.

In his latest media release Mr Tembo his decision to resign from the ZCID was influenced by the fact that the two key members of ZCID, PF and UPND have passed a vote of no confidence.

He said the ZCID has also been stripped of its primary mandate to facilitate inter-party dialogue, and have instead re-assigned that mandate to the church.
