Dear Editor,
You remember me, I’m Patience Sautale aged 18 years currently staying in Chingola. My father is a Zimbabwean and I never met him in my life.
Last time, I had called on well-wishers to help me go back to school.
My mother is married but step father started following to my bedroom and fondling my breasts so I opted to stay where I can be safe.
I was staying with my Uncle Collins Mwambenu in Kasompe but he died then I moved to my grandmother Christine Antonio Mwambenu but she died too.
I needed to go back to school in Grade 9 but I had no money and I had nowhere to stay.
The good news is that I have started school at Soweto Combined School in Grade 8. The Good Samaritan who is a retired police officer Felix Mulenga has paid my school fees.
At the moment I’m staying with Mr Mulenga at his farm in Chingola behind Zalawi but I still don’t need to be a burden to him with his merge resources.
I visited Social Welfare Office in Chingola and they said they have no grants.
Please help me find where to stay even in an orphanage and plan for the payment of next year’s school fees. I can be contacted on the lines below. They are lines for Mr Mulenga.
