Zambian Immigration Officers and Zambia Police have stopped Kenyan activist Professor Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba from entering Zambia.
Professor Lumumba was scheduled to conduct a lecture today at Golden Peacock. He has since been put back on the plane.
And Zambian Government Spokesperson Fora Siliya has confirmed through a tweet.
