President Edgar Lungu has, with immediate effect, nominated Movement for Multiparty Democracy (MMD) National Secretary Raphael Nakachinda as member of Parliament.
This is according to a statement contained in the streaming here by Special Assistant to the President for Press and Public Relations Amos Chanda.
The Speaker of the National Assembly Patrick Matibini has already been notified of this nomination.
