Power Tools Bus has knocked down two boys to death in the road traffic accident which happened yesterday December 8, 2019.
The accident happened around 09: 00 hours at Kimiteto area along Mutanda-Solwezi road in Solwezi when the Power Tools Scania bus registration number ALT 2162 hit the cyclist with the passenger from behind and they died on the spot.
Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo has confirmed the accident which happened in Kimiteto around BHL area.
The driver of Power Tools Kalemba Maika 45years old, of Makobo in Kalulushi was coming from Mwinilunga to Solwezi when he hit the unknown male juvenile cyclist aged 14 and an unknown cycle Juvenile passenger aged 12 who were crossing the road.
She said the bodies are in Solwezi Hospital mortuary awaiting identification.
