Paul Kagame connects Rwanda to Arsenal FC

By Staff Writer
Paul Kagame the President of Rwanda has connected his country to Arsenal FC – one of the giant British Football Clubs.

Kagame is a big fan of Arsenal and several tweets after each game Arsenal plays.

Arsenal has signed a three-year deal with Rwanda Development Board through its subsidiary ‘Rwanda Convention Bureau’ to promote the country’s tourism.

This will mean seeing the “Visit Rwanda” logo featured on the left sleeve of all first team, under-23 and Arsenal Women’s matches from the new season this August.

Visit Rwanda will also gain global exposure through branding on match day LED boards at Emirates Stadium, all the interview backdrops and a broad range of other marketing rights.

Arsenal players from the men’s and women’s teams will visit Rwanda and club coaches will host coaching camps to support the development of the game for boys and girls in the country.
