Over 1000 youths to benefit from CDF in Chimwemwe Constituency

Kitwe’s Patriotic Front (PF) Chimwemwe Member of Parliament Allen Banda has announced that 1,163 youths will benefit from the youth skills development component of the 2023 Constituency Development Fund (CDF).

Mr. Banda said over K7, 000,000 has been allocated towards the youth skills development to cater for over 1000 youths in this year’s CDF in Chimwemwe Constituency.

The Chimwemwe lawmaker has encouraged all the selected applicants in Chimwemwe to take advantage of CDF to better their lives.

He urged citizens in Chimwemwe to access the list of CDF Skills Development beneficiaries at the National Assembly Constituency Office at Kamunga Hotel.

Mr. Banda said his office will continue to work with the CDF Committee in Chimwemwe Constituency to ensure that more funds are allocated towards youth skills development for the young people.

“We are excited to announce that one thousand one hundred and sixty-three (1,163) youths are set to benefit from the 2023 Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in Chimwemwe Constituency. Over 7 million kwacha has been allocated towards the youth skills development to cater for 1,163 youths in this year’s CDF in our Constituency. We, therefore, wish to encourage all the selected applicants in Chimwemwe to take advantage of the funds and better their lives.

We will continue to work with our CDF Committee in Chimwemwe Constituency to ensure that more funds are allocated towards youth skills development for our youths in Chimwemwe.

The applicants and general public can access the list of CDF Skills Development beneficiaries from our National Assembly Constituency Office at Kamunga Hotel Building or they can download it on our WhatsApp platforms,” Mr. Banda said.
