Operators at the Black Mountain have suspended the delivery of materials to their buyers due to late payments.
Black Mountain Consortium Spokesperson Kangwa Kamando said the buyers have been slow in their payments and the consortium will not supply until all the outstanding bills are cleared.
Mr Kamando said operators at the Black Mountain do not want the current situation to continue because in a business transaction, both buyers and sellers must fulfill their obligations.
