Noise pollution: Does Chingola Council allow workshop in residential?

Dear Editor,

I write to Chingola Mayor to inform of the noise pollution going in 10^th Street in Town.

There is a white man who has set up a workshop at his home at 30 10th Street.

They make too much noise. When we complained we were told that we will get used to the noise.

Does your Council allow setting up workshops in residential areas?
