Nkana fall at Oily Indeni as Prison shock Dynamos

Upsets characterised midweek action in the FAZ Super Division with champions Nkana and big spenders Lusaka Dynamos kissing dust.

Nkana were handed a 2-0 thumping by promoted Indeni in a round nine match played at Indeni Sports Complex in Ndola.

Captain Graven Chitalu and striker Tick Chiluba were the scorers for the Oil Men who moved into fourth place with 12 points from eight matches played.

Nkana are now third from the bottom with five points after playing six matches.

In Kabwe, Lusaka Dynamos lost their first game of the season after going down 4-2 at promoted Prison Leopards in a match played at President Stadium.

Prison scored through Tshite Mweshi, David Obash, Rodwell Yolamu Jr and Derick Mukombozi with Tady Agiti and Joseph Chewe scoring for Dynamos.

Elsewhere, Buildcon shot to the top of the table after Green Buffaloes 2-1 away in Lusaka.

Defender Isaac Shamujompa put Buildcon in front via a 14th minute penalty but Buffaloes equalized through Friday Samu in the 41st minute before Kamal Jafaru scored the winner for the Ndola club.

Buildcon topple Zesco United from number one on goal difference after the latter were held 0-0 away in Lusaka at Red Arrows.

At Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe, new signee Chaniza Zulu registered his first goal for Power Dynamos who beat Lumwana Radiants 1-0.
