Police on the Copperbelt Province have arrested a 26 year old man of Ndola’s Mushili Compound for allegedly sodomising his 2 year-old step son and forcing him to swallow his semen.

Copperbelt Province Police Commissioner Charity Katanga has confirmed the incident to Phoenix News in Ndola saying the incident happened on 13 July, 2019 between 09 and 14 hours in Mushili Compound.

Ms Katanga explains that the case was reported to Masala Police Station by the victim’s mother identified as Christin Mulunda.

She says the suspect has been identified as Philemon Bwalya who has since been detained at Masala Police Station.

A sodomy law is a law that defines certain sexual acts as crimes. The precise sexual acts meant by the term sodomy are rarely spelled out in the law, but are typically understood by courts to include any sexual act deemed to be “unnatural” or immoral.

Sodomy typically includes anal sex, oral sex, and bestiality.
