Dear Editor,
Ndola City Council must move in and restore sanity at ZMart mall in Ndola.
It is cruel for ZMart Mall owners to ask customers to pay K2 for the toilets located within their town centre mall.
This is the mall that houses Hungry Lion where ready-to-eat food is served.
Isn’t it a legal requirement that any business offering catering services provides toilets free of charges?
