NDC SG suspended for 21 days, Atanga acts

By JOHN SAKALA
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Central Committee has sent its Secretary General Mwenya Musenge on a 21 days leave to reflect on how best to build the party.

In his absence, the Deputy NDC Secretary General Bridget Atanga will be acting.

The Central Committee didn’t not want to break the party’s constitution in dealing with Mr Musenge.

And Mr Musenge had backing within the central committee.

NDC will be hold a press briefing in the next 30 minutes at 15:00 hrs at its Secretariat.
