Nathan Chanda joins in mourning Fr Ng’andwe

Patriotic Front Roan Parliamentary candidate Nathan Chanda has joined the Catholic church in mourning the sudden death of Benedict Ng’andwe.

Fr Ng’andwe was the current Chief Executive Officer of Radio Icengelo in Kitwe and Media Institute of Southern Africa (MISA) Chairperson.

Mr Chanda who is also of Catholic faithful has convoyed his heartfelt condolences to the family of Fr Ng’andwe, the Catholic Diocese of Ndola Bishop Dr Benjamin Phiri, management and staff of Radio Icengelo and the media body.

The former Luanshya Mayor has recalled the cordial relationship he had with Fr Ng’andwe during Church programs and when invited to feature on Radio Icengelo.

“I would like to wish the Catholic Church, the media, and the nation at large to put everything in the hands of the Lord and his strength during this very trying and difficulty moment,” he said.

Fr Ng’andwe was born on February 10, 1969 and was ordained as Priest on 4th August 2000 and he be put to rest today.
