He said a one-week break will do his charges a favor since they are representing Zambia in the CAF Confederation Cup.
“The players are not used to this kind of fixtures. We have seen some teams ask for rest. My players are tired, they need to rest for one week. I have 10 injured players, tried to use what we have and it hit us back. Our mother body if they can listen to our appeal, these players are tired,” he said.
Fathi said his side needs three wins to move away from the jaws of the relegation.
“This is not how the club was performing so we need a solution. We need just two or three wins to move out of the relegation zone,” he said.
And Warriors coach Levy ‘Chabby’ Chabala said his team deserved to beat Napsa after coming from behind.
“It was a well deserved win coming from behind, it was not easy. This is the best results so far this year,” he said.
