The Zambia Police have charged and arrested Raphael Nakachinda 43, with two offences of Defamation of the President and Expressing or showing hatred, ridicule or contempt.
Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said the accused has since been remanded at Solwezi Correctional Facility and is to appear in Court soon.
UPND in North Western Province reported Nakacinda for allegedly altering derogative message on President Hakahinde Hichilema and the Tonga tribe.
