Mulonga Water and Sewerage Company says it does not supply Water directly into houses at the Chingola’s Zambia State Insurance Corporate Complex (ZISC) housing Complex along President Avenue.
Mulonga Water Public Relations Manager Debora Kangende said the utility supplies water up to Complex water tank.
Ms Kangende said pumping of water from the tank into the individual homes at the ZISC housing units is the responsibility of Complex management.
She said that it was disappointing for Complex residents to shift the blame and slap it on the utility firm when the water blues was affected by Complex faulty water pump.
Ms Kangende was reacting to a letter to the Editor by Complex residents who indicated of having water blues for two weeks at the Complex saying they now depend on rainwater.
