Mufulira Magnets are celebrating after winning the 2021 Copperbelt Basketball Association Men’s Super League in grand style.
Magnets won the League after beating defending champions Lunga Bullets 70-64 in the last game of the season on Saturday in Luanshya.
Lunga attempted to defend the league they won in 2019 because the 2020 season was cancelled owing to the impact of Covid-19.
Magnets have won the league with 35 points from 18 games played in the season as Lunga remained behind on 32 points.
In the Feminine League, Spax Storms are champions without losing a game.
Storms, beat CBU Robins 62-30 in their last game on Saturday to retain the league title.
