The Lusaka High Court has ordered that former Zambia Railways Limited Managing Director Clive Chirwa paid in full his terminal benefits.
High Court Judge Gertrude Chamatama said Professor Chirwa was wrongly dismissed by President Micheal Sata.
This meas Prof Prof Chirwa will be paid damages, benefits with interest and full gratuity.
