The Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says the ballot papers for the forthcoming Milenge Council Chairperson and Councillor By-elections will today Monday November 25, 2019.
ECZ Public Relations Manager Margaret Chimanse said the flight carrying the ballot papers will touch down at 14.30 at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka.
“The Commission invites Stakeholders to witness the arrival of the Ballot papers as well as the Verification Exercise at the ECZ Headquarters on Tuesday 26th November, 2019 at 10.00 hours,” Ms Chimanse said.
