FAZ vice-president Rix Mweemba says FAZ has committed $15, 000 to top on the $10, 000 from the state so that the newly appointed Chipolopolo head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic can start work immediately.
Mweemba disclosed that FAZ arrived at $25, 000 as the coaches interviewed ranged between $22, 000 and $30, 000 as salary demands.
“We have done our part as FAZ and chosen Micho as our national team coach and we have informed the Ministry of Sports that we want him to start work as soon as Monday,” Mweemba is quoted saying.
