Chipolopolo Coach Milutin Sredojevic is elated by the Red Bull Salzburg pair of Patson Daka and Enock Mwepu’s performance against English Premiership champions Liverpool in a pre-season friendly.
Daka netted a brace in the two sides’ 2- all draw at the Red Bull Arena.
Daka and Mwepu’s showing was also complemented by Evans Kangwa and Gamphani Lungu who also scored for their clubs.
According to the FAZ Facebook page posting MICHO said every single move Mwepu and Daka make on the field including goals scored and performance presented an opportunity for them play football at a higher level.
He said this is because the two are in their last year of stay with Red bull Salzburg.
The Serb noted that the pair should keep up the good work.
Micho has also expressed happiness that more Zambian players are getting some game time which could translate into a stronger Chipolopolo squad.
Daka dazzled the watching world as he struck twice in 10 minutes to give Red Bull Salzburg a 2-0 lead.
However, second half substitute for Liverpool Rhian Brewster struck in the 72nd and 81st minute to end the match in a 2-all draw.
