Lusaka Dynamos suffered setback on Friday

Lusaka Dynamos hopes of cementing a place in top four on Friday suffered a major  setback after Power Dynamos overcame them 1-0 at Arthur Davies Stadium.
Lusaka remain fourth with 47 points but opened spaces for teams below them to take their position.
Coach Wedson Nyirenda said the team was tactically undisciplined against Power hence deserved to lose.
Nyirenda said the home side team deserved a win because they planned well.
“I think we had a very indisciplined team today, we were not here for the win. Tactically they were not there, I haven’t seen anything we planned. Power deserved the three points because they wanted it and they showed it,” he said.
He said the team need to work on tactical discipline as they face Young Green Eagles.
“We need a lot of change in terms of mindset because it’s like we just came here to fufill the fixture. We are still in the race but we need need to collect maximum points and you have to fight every game yourself not other teams fighting for you,” he said.
Power coach Matsausto Tembo said the win has eased the teams pressure.
The win secured a place for Power to play in the super Division League next season.
Tembo said it was a tough game but they wanted was the maximum points.
“We knew the importance of this game, we had pressure and all we wanted was to collect maximum points. It’s a good win, it would not have looked good, 50 years in existence then going to Eden University,”he said.
The win pushed Power to tenth position with 44 points.
