President Edgar Lungu has pardoned 467 inmates from various correction facilities ahead of the Africa Freedom Day falling on May 25.
Minister of Home Affairs Stephen Kampyongo has announced today that the 467 have been pardoned President Lungu in accordance with Article 97 of the Constitution of Zambia and by way of exercising his Prerogative of Mercy.
